If your pool is outdoors, it must be winterized each fall to protect against freeze damage. We adjust the chemistry, clear debris, lower the water level, blow out the lines, disconnect equipment and put your cover on.
Weekly Pool Service
Hampton summers can be short, so enjoy every minute. Each week one of our 20 service technicians cleans your pool, empties the skimmers and adjusts the water chemistry to meet ANSI/APSP standards.
Pool Repair
Our staff trains year-round with industry manufacturers — even in the off-season — to stay current on the latest troubleshooting and repair techniques, so you get the most efficient, effective repairs. Certifications on file.
Vinyl Liner Change
Revitalize your backyard with a vinyl liner replacement. In just a few days we turn an old pool into a new water playground — removing the old liner, smoothing the sand, adding foam and fitting a new liner and faceplates.
Pool Heater Repair
Our heater technicians retrain yearly on many brands of propane and natural-gas pool heaters. We're the local warranty center for several brands and keep many parts on hand to get your temperature back up as quickly as possible.
Gunite Acid Washing
Plaster-finished pools can stain and look dull. Often we can restore the shine with an acid wash. When the plaster turns rough to the touch, we'll recommend a trusted industry professional to resurface it.

Hot Tub Closing
Heading off-island for winter? We drain the tub, blow water from the lines and vacuum out the rest to prevent freeze damage, then fit a tarp to protect your cover from debris and the elements. (Fall & winter are great soaking seasons, too!)

A Hamptons family business since 1982
The best swimming pool service in the Hamptons is provided by John's Pools & Spas — one of the growing number of woman-run businesses in our industry. President Linda Schoeck founded a swimming pool building and service business with her late husband, John Schoeck, in 1982 as John's Swimming Pools. Together they built hundreds of pools and grew one of the largest pool-service companies in the Hamptons.
Our trained staff is available 7 days a week in the summer to attend to all of your pool and spa needs — and a live person answers the phone during business hours, not a machine. Linda has expanded the company into a truly unique outdoor store, where Hamptons realtors and homeowners alike shop for housewarming and hostess gifts alongside quality pool and spa supplies.
We're now the only authorized dealer of Marquis Spas and Nordic Hot Tubs on Long Island's East End — two of the best-made hot tubs available.
